Can't decode ILBC 30ms(50 bytes) frames

When decoding 20ms(38 bytes) ILBC frames using Xav decoder, its working fine.
But when sending 30ms(50 bytes) ILBC frames to Xav decoder, they are not decoded correctly,
the output sounds like r2d2.
