With APM Agents (and now EDOT agents), we currently publish the release date in the release notes. The value is purely informative for end-users, as those components are released outside of the usual stack lifecycle.
This is not something that seems supported by the current changelog bundles.
As an alternative, maybe providing a way to define a "description" field for each bundle in which we could write the release date could be a suitable solution as well.
As we are currently trying to migrate to docs-builder changelogs, the consequence is that it would make us stop publishing release dates until we have a proper solution for this.
