On Start/Done element move, the color indicator is wrong

Environment :

• Windows
• Firefox
• Chrome
• 2026.1.0

Steps to reproduce:

• In an ActionUsage, create New Start Action and New Done Action.
• In action flow compartment, move the Start or Done action inside their action.

Expected behavior:

• action flow compartment is surrounded with green color.

Actual behavior:

• See video
• action flow compartment is surrounded with red color.
• and sometimes there's no color surrounded but the outside of the action becomes gray
