Do not reveal parts compartment when create a PartUsage in IV #2045
Description
In an IV diagram, when a Part Usage is created from a Part Definition with its interconnection compartment already revealed, then the parts compartment is revealed even if it was hidden.
It is useless since the interconnection compartment will already display the new Part Usage
