Mouse cursor not set back to default

We've faced the problems with RAP 4.3 of not resetting the mouse cursor e.g. from wait/busy or from col-resize/row-resize. It seems that some of the javascript events could be skipped (in the case of the wait/busy cursor).

It is also reproduceable in the rap demo by holding the left mouse key (after being pressed) and leaving the window (rap_sash_mouse_cursor_not_reset.mp4). In the qooxdoo frame (underlying in rap?) it seems not the case for the split (qooxdoo_split_mouse_cursor_reset.mp4).

The cursor is reset on mouse-up event, but it's fired outside the RAP application (window) and it's lost. That's a very very old issue and we didn't find any reasonable fix for it. It also happens if you move the mouse over the Browser widget (iframe) during the drag process.

Thanks for the quick reply - maybe it is worth a try to take a look at the current version of qooxdoo - there it seems the use the mouse out event to cancel. This seems to be reasonable: why should a still hold the left mouse key to change the sash when I "leave" the rap app/window with the mouse. In this case the cancelation of the sash move is consistent instead of trying to continuing it when the mouse cursor "reenter".
This is maybe also in the waiting/busy cursor an approach - which is for the user the more necessary thing to be fixed. We're currently try to get a simple test case done.
