Rename surface_pressure to air_pressure in cruncep all.nc file

1. Existing files need to be changed

Hi David,
have renamed the vars in the file and changed the precipitation units
to the standard
file is located at:
_/home/groups/ebimodeling/met/narr/threehourly_32km__/1979-2103.nc_
