Rename variables in NARR 32km, convert precip to kg/m2/s

I have started to do this in the script rename_vars_convert_precip.sh. But this is not complete.

Perhaps all that is left to do is to run the ncflint command and append to the existing file and then rename the precipitation_flux units.

Hi David,
have renamed the variables and converted the precipitation_flux to the correct units.
It was a bit involved as the variable was packed.
The final file is '1979_2013.nc' - the old original packed var apcp is present - if this is a problem then please let me know
