MCP-counter customs gene signature

First of all, thank you and your team for developing MCP-counter.
But I still have a question that may be annoying to ask.
Because our team is using the panel from the NANOSTRING company for research. I want to know whether MCP-counter can use the verified immune cell (mRNA) markers provided by NANOSTRING to perform calculations. Because of this, we can have enough markers（100%） in our panel and meaningful cell type for our research.I made the MCP marker list and all the contents are running good in MCP.

Sorry for the late reply.

The software will run with custom marker lists, I covered this in other issues such as this one : #5.

The genes in the Nanostring assay are largely derived from the Bindea et al, Immunity, 2013 paper. We discuss these markers in our paper in Supplementary Figure 9
