NovelBin parser broken: only 1 chapter detected, stopped working May 2026

Describe the bug
WebToEpub extension stopped working with NovelBin.com as of ~May 18–20, 2026. I used to be able to detect and download all chapters, but now when I visit a novel on NovelBin, only 1 chapter is detected in the UI. (See screenshot below)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a NovelBin.com novel with many chapters (e.g. https://novelbin.com/b/the-hivemind-is-conquering-for-me)
2. Click on the WebToEpub extension
3. Note that only 1 chapter is detected, regardless of the real chapter count
4. "Pack EPUB" button does not collect all chapters

Expected behavior
All chapters from the Table of Contents should be detected (as in previous versions). The extension used to work fine for this.

Additional context
This issue started around May 18–20, 2026. Other users are reporting similar problems (see GitHub issues #2661, #2317). It may be due to changes in NovelBin's site structure or API endpoint. I have tried refreshing, and reinstalling the extension, but the bug remains.

I had the same problem and it has already been fixed. Please just install the 1.0.12.63 build using the "Load Temporary Add-on" instructions here: https://github.com/dteviot/WebToEpub/tree/ExperimentalTabMode

the Import Library Function is missing though so you'll have to re Download all your novels fresh
