Tiers

Free — solo dev, single file-based token, local only. Full CDP access. This IS the product.

Team (~$9/mo) — when more than one person touches it:

• Named API keys (Named API keys — create, revoke, rotate #3)
• Per-key permission scopes (Enterprise: SSO, MDM deployment, compliance #4)
• Audit logging (Chrome Web Store listing + ExtensionPay integration #5)
• Key rotation without downtime

Enterprise — coordination at scale:

• SSO/SAML for key provisioning
• Centralized policy ("no Network domain for this team")
• MDM/fleet deployment (pre-configured, no manual install.sh)
• Compliance: audit export, retention policies

Philosophy

Free tier isn't gated on capability. Paid tier gates coordination. Nobody resents paying for that.

Payment

ExtensionPay (wraps Stripe, no revenue share, handles license validation + trials). Works across Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Brave.
