Review ordering of top-level clauses #1399
Description
When deciding to insert new top-level clause Extended indexing and slicing after clause Arrays it was decided to do a future review to consider the ordering of all top-level clauses, in particular moving Interfaces was mentioned.
This is the issue for this future review, tentatively assigned to the C#9 milestone.
