It was written phonetically like this in Radical's original script, but on second thought it probably makes more sense to write it like a proper word.
I definitely have a habit of overusing ellipses when writing, so I've removed a couple of the more excessive ones I saw re-reading the transcriptions.
I don't think it really captures the way Bart says the line like I was intending, and just reads kinda weirdly.

Listening to it, it definitely sounds like he says "Hey hey" or "He-hey"

Also, there's extra whitespace at the end for some reason

I think he's just sort of laughing a bit while saying it (you can hear it a bit on the "that's" as well), but the way I wrote it I felt the tone read more as nervous than laughing dismissively like it's supposed to be, so I was like "eh... it's probably better without".
The extra whitespace is so the end of the table stays aligned (goes for all the comments about whitespace).
