Can't connect on first install?

Not sure what't wriong here, but after starting the container and trying to visit http://127.0.0.1:8099 I just get:

Apache listens on port 80 inside the container. Try changing your target: 8080 to target: 80.

@mstenta haha, ty for catching that! I was originally running the bitnami image, stopped using it for awhile, came back to it and they made it commercial or something, so I was trying to migrate the compose over to this official one and I missed that. I think I just assumed it was setup the same portwise as the bitnami one.
