Complete contract code for DNVR's token and functionality. This contract allows an investor (who is approved) to send ETH to the contract in exchange for a convertible sum of DNVR token.
The contract can be paused/unpaused to allow specific times of investment only. A lock period of 1 year is in place that kicks in after closure of first round raised.
