Minor chunithm.md update to include enable setting for slider - [opened]

Merges chunithmmd -> master

While working on a gui to set segatools settings more easily I noticed that the enable setting for the slider section of Chunithm.md was not documented. Since ground sliders are now relatively easy to obtain, and using them is as simple as buying a USB -> Serial cable and disabling slider emulation, I thought this should be noted in the docs.

You should squash your commits to remove that unnecessary one regarding the IR settings for that custom chuniio.
