Use git inside termux instead of using isomorphic-git?

In order to improve performance and use the user's existing git config if they have it, it might be better to use git inside of termux. We could depend on the AcodeX plugin and use the AcodeX API. The only problem I see is that it might be difficult to navigate to the current directory within Termux. Since other apps probably also need to navigate to the current directory, it might be useful to bring that up with the AcodeX developers.
