expected and actual in different fields

There may be ash resources where we want an outstanding field calculated from different expected and actual fields, perhaps because expected is a function or a regex, and actual is a string in the ash resource.

We should have a keyword 'pair' which takes a keyword list of expected/actual fields which are to have outstanding called on each pair.
