Use Spark.InfoGenerator in Info module to improve the output for neo4j dsl sections.

Tried this today as part of #106 but found that Spark.InfoGenerator errored. Turns out that macro couldn't handle tuple types of more than 2 elements, since AST is different. Raised ash-project/spark#269 and contributed PR ash-project/spark#270 so pending fix.

The refactor around persisters also resulted in separation of DataLayer.Info (neo4j DSL) and Resource.Info (persisted and runtime introspection), which means DataLayer.Info can and should be generated using the Spark.InfoGenerator.

when available, regenerate the docs and check that the cheat sheet is being generated, it relies on the info generator working (discovered in #249

The fix to restore once Spark releases:

Run mix spark.formatter --extensions AshNeo4j.DataLayer — replaces the hand-maintained spark_locals_without_parens in .formatter.exs with an auto-generated one
Run mix spark.cheat_sheets --extensions AshNeo4j.DataLayer — generates documentation/cheat_sheets/cheat_sheet-AshNeo4j.DataLayer.md
Restore to mix.exs extras and groups_for_extras:

usage-rules/dsl.md — "Labels per node" section rewritten: correct accessor list (all_labels/1, label_pair/1, domain_fragment_label/1), wrong paragraph about "reads match on base type label" replaced with accurate description
usage-rules.md — label bullet updated to describe label_pair MATCH scoping
