When customers place an order and choose for ServicePoint it's not mandatory to select a ServicePoint to finish the order. It would be better to make this mandatory because now the option can be empty so the package is always send to there home address. Also in our situation we have ServicePoint as an free option and have other paid but they can use this to get free shipping.
