Rotation not working well on Ubuntu 22.04 with Plasma and GNOME (again)

The problem

This time i tried the original Ubuntu 22.04 iso from ubuntu website, no mods and anything, same issue, auto rotation is inverted.

What i have tried

tried changing some .hwdb stuff
Rotating GRUB

Reproduce

add touch libs and rotate

Expected behaviour

The screen would just rotate as normal.

Any suggestions?
Also where is the actual rotation fix mentioned in the readme?

Sorry I'm not using this laptop with xorg or wayland at the moment, but I'll leave this open for others to comment on.

well i tried using xorg and wayland, both have this same issue
