Animate menu bar

I want subtle animations in my experience,
So that the site feels seamless and I'm given contextual clues to the purpose of things

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add a small quick animation to the "lowering" of the menu when a user clicks on "Menu". It should slide up and down in either .2 or .3 seconds.
