BUG: Sort by modification date on FUSE and NTFS is non functional

Compile-time switches: curl exif verscmp xinerama

This bug has been present for years.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Mount a gocryptfs (or NTFS) folder with some images.
2. Open the folder in feh
3. Open the menu and select sort by modification date

RESULTS

The images are not in the correct order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The images should be sorted by modification date. Note that these file systems lack file creation dates.
