"Refresh Songs" button in Library is unresponsive

Bug Description

The "Refresh Songs" button within the Library section is currently non-functional. Clicking the button does not trigger any synchronization or update process, and new songs are not being loaded into the library.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the application and navigate to the Library.
2. Click on the Refresh button.

Expected Behavior

The application should scan for new content, show a loading status, and update the library with newly available songs.
