Better default User-Agent for the Extraction Framework

I saw that curl/8.6.0 is used by the extraction framework as default User-Agent for accessing Wikimedia services (see de3ca70). According to the comments, this is due to the wish for distinction between official and community executed instances. As using another tools User-Agent seems wrong to me and the comment was asking for better ideas, I propose to use DBpedia-Extraction-Framework/1.0 (https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework; community executed instances) as default User-Agent and overwriting this with something like DBpedia-Extraction-Framework/1.0 (https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework; dbpedia@infai.org; official instance) for official instances.
