python 3 compatibility

Add python 3 compatibility (python 3.3 minimum).

That would require to extend client fixtures with fix connectors working on python 3.3 and xfailing test for python 3.3 for connectors, that does not support python .3.3

easiest way to achieve it, would be to ditch mysqldb in favour of mysql-python-connector - an official mysql connector from Oracle.

A little bit harder, would be to turn on/off fixtures depending on on python version, though ideally would be to have one client fixture per process fixture and hide the real connector

This might work with the 'mysqlclient' fork of MySQLdb; see farcepest/MySQLdb1#62

So the options are:

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/mysqlclient/1.3.3 - backwards compatible, but relies on libmysqlclient-dev
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/mysql-connector-python - different package (API should be the same) but does not rely on libmysqlclient - less of a hassle to install.

Hmmm... maybe fixture should support both, depend on which will be present...
