Video Output is Black When Switching to Webcam

Summary

My video output becomes 0fps for the "dissolving cat" workflow, when I switch to webcam as the input.

Exact steps:

1. Launch Scope
2. Install the "dissolving cat" workflow from daydream.live
3. Run the workflow with default cat video, it should work
4. Stop the video, rewind, and switch the input to webcam
5. Try to start the workflow again. This time no video shows up
