Outfit generation ignores anchor(s) and does not apply them when creating new outfits

Problem

When generating a new outfit, the provided anchor or anchors are currently being dismissed. The outfit generation logic does not respect or incorporate the given anchor(s), causing the output to be detached from the user-defined constraints.

Expected Behavior

• When generating an outfit, any provided anchor(s) should be taken into account and appropriately respected in the resulting outfit generation.

Priority: High, as this breaks a core part of the user experience.
