Budget entry for assigned user is not reflected in the stats page.

Description:
For a budget which is assigned to a second user i.e. multi user budget then, any entry added on that budget is not reflected for the second user in the stats page. As the second user has also been assigned to the budget hence, any entry on that budget should also be reflected to the assigned user. Instead the assigned user is shown a stat worth 0 i.e. no entry.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create two user accounts [example; userOne and userTwo].
• Login from userOne.
• Create a budget.
• Assign userTwo to the budget.
• Go to the budget and add entries with certain amounts.
• Go to the stats page.
• Filter the budget and select userTwo.

Expected result:

• The amounts entered for the budget should also be reflected for userTwo.

Actual result:
The amounts entered for the budget is not reflected for userTwo.

Impact:
This creates the stat page to be unreliable when multiple users are assigned to a budget.
