TIFF support

This would be great for scientific/engineering applications.

Hi @jimkring, thanks for the feature suggestion (and supportive comments!)

I'll have a look at what's involved in adding support (probably with libtiff). It might also be a good opportunity to add some metadata VIs and EXIF support.

There's a new library called LV-TIFF by Simon Klein which provides TIFF support for LabVIEW. It's still under development, but already looks pretty good.
