Problem installing the package using R

Using the installation procedure in the README produces this error:

Failed to collect lazy table.
Caused by error in db_collect():

There is a problem while creating the GenomicDistributionsData either as described in the https://code.databio.org/GenomicDistributions/articles/full-power.html#partition-plots, via bioCmanager, or via devel
in every case I get the following error as the guy above:
