@darkwind The Dark Duck darkmap seems to have some zones and objects weirdly misplaced. The star, atmosphere range and two zones are all centered exactly on (0, 0, 0), but they're weirdly moved. The zone and trade lane objects between Planet Leeds and the Edinburgh gate are also off (misplaced north), and I think every other zone is, too. Objects may be misplaced west?
Also, the Sun's click area prevents you from inspecting the zones underneath, which is a minor nitpick

that part is a bit confusing, clarify what you mean here a bit more precisely? how did u reach conclusion they are missplaced?

this one is understandable enough part

this one is not entirely, how u concluded the zone is missplaced?

In system editors, these zones have much more aligned locations (trade lane objects and these lane paths), and that checks out in-game as well. If you compare the locations with the navgrid, some of the zones are centered are further north than the navgrid lines would correspond to
For instance, here the sun death zones (centered at 0) dont have the horizontal center navgrid line pass through their center. The trade lane exclusion zones and paths seem off compared to the gates and the Freeport they lead to- and from
