Can't use with github.com

Describe the bug
While trying to use with github I can't finalize the key configuration step:

When using the big green btn:

Translation (my browser is configured for FR language):

"Try with another security key"
"This security key isn't registered with this website"
[Close] [Retry]

I guess the "accept"/"deny" notification is expected to appear during the confirmation step but doesn't? 🤷🏼‍♂️
