Add high-signal features to tone-grid before pinned/public promotion

Problem

Tone-grid is a plausible candidate for the public and pinned set, but it needs stronger product signal before it earns a slot.

Goal

Define and ship a small set of high-signal improvements so tone-grid can be reconsidered for the public allowlist and pinned repos.

Scope

• Audit the current app for missing or weak core features
• Prioritize a short list of improvements that raise product and technical signal
• Focus on usability, polish, and a clearer project narrative
• Keep scope tight; do not turn this into a large rebuild

Acceptance Criteria

• A short feature plan exists for tone-grid
• The next 1-3 improvements are clearly prioritized
• Success criteria are specific enough for agent execution later
• The issue can act as the source of truth for future tone-grid work
