Add binary installation instructions to README?

I've built RPM and DEB packages for etcd_fdw as part of PGEXT.CLOUD, a PostgreSQL extension repository that provides prebuilt packages across multiple Linux distributions (EL 8/9, Debian 12/13, Ubuntu 22/24) and PostgreSQL versions (13–17).

Would you be interested in adding a section to the README with binary installation instructions? This could make it easier for users to get started without having to compile from source.
I'd be happy to submit a PR if you're open to it!
