Setting fixed position in settings not working properly

Position reported in telemetry is always "37.7749, -122.4194" (San Francisco) even when updating the settings.

Steps to reproduce:

• Under "Public Info"
  • Set Latitude and Longitude
  • Enable Share GPS Position
  • Enable Allow Telemetry
• Save Settings
• Relaunch App
• Reload settings and verify Settings were persisted
• Check Map => Still San Francisco
• (on seperate node) Forget Position for uConsole contact
• (on uConsole) Send Direct Advert
• (on seperate node) Check contact position => Still "37.7749, -122.4194"

Expected Behaviour:
Updating my fixed position should be reflected in the next and all following adverts (if sharing is enabled)
