[BUG REPORT] Silk touch enchantment gets applied globally in MC 1.19.2

Describe the bug
Silk touch enchantment gets applied globally in mod version 1.8.4 for Minecraft 1.19.2.
See Issue #103 (It's resolved for Minecraft version 1.20+ but not 1.19.2)

Environment
Minecraft version : 1.19.2
mod version : 1.8.4

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Create and Create: Enchantable Machinery on a Minecraft 1.19.2 instance.
2. Enchant a Mechanical Drill with Silk Touch.
3. Now other block-breaking contraptions start to also apply a Silk Touch effect even if enchanted with a Silk Touch incompatible enchantment or not enchanted at all.

Expected behavior
Only the enchanted pieces/contraptions should apply the effect.

Btw, another detail of the bug I only noticed a few days after I posted this is that the bug is only "activated" after the contraption with the enchanted Drills is used for the first time. If you restart the server and don't use the contraption nor place it on the world, this issue is not present.
