Glint effect can't be disabled

Describe the bug
glint effect cannot be disabled

Environment
Minecraft version : 1.20.1
mod version : 3.4.1
other mod name and version : none

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. disable the glint effect in config
2. see that it only disables the solid parts of the contraptions

Expected behavior
disable all glint, conflicts with other shader renderers
