Add cli option to output all strings in plain text in the Ignition config

Always output inlined or other source in plaintext if an option is passed to allow inspecting the .ign file more easily.

Reference #94 to see where the compression was added, and what files can be modified to undo it on feature flag.

IIUC, you want an option to disable the logic from #100 and force the use of plain text for all strings in the config for debugging / inspection.

Hi,

For this, can I add a --plain-text flag via TranslateOptions and pass a boolean into MakeDataURL if the flag is on so that we skip compression when the flag is enabled, and also skip the Ignition JSON validation in that case? The changes would be in in url.go, main.go, util.go.

Would it be okay to also make the updates in all calls of MakeDataURL in versions v0_2, v0_3, etc., rather than limiting the changes to v0_7_exp?

For reviewers or anyone wanting to help:

The implementation looks solid - @Phuong-Le-NN added the --plain-text flag that exposes the existing NoResourceAutoCompression field. PR got some feedback from @gemini-code-assist and @cverna already.

Quick context on the approach:

• Uses the NoResourceAutoCompression field that OpenShift already uses internally
• Added the flag to internal/main.go following the pattern from --check
• Propagated through the translation options
• Output files will be bigger (expected - plain text vs compressed)

If you want to help review PR #688:

• Check that the flag works across all spec versions
• Make sure the test coverage is good (there's already test infrastructure at base/v0_7/translate_test.go:585)
• Verify the help text mentions the size trade-off
