fileBom workflow: Job runs into an error when the "Srouce" Field in Fusion 360 Manage is empty

When not passing "Vault" to the Source Field in the FLC BOM the job retrieves the whole BOM again again here and adds it to the $bomRows variable.
On Update-FLCBOM the Cmdlet tries to pass the BOM 2 times and the Cmdlet fails with "An item with the same key has already been added"
