Error on feed

There seems to be an error with my feed, which hasn't been updated for a week on recipes.cooklang.org, although the actual feed file seems to be work and shows a more recent update time than what's shown in the list of feeds:

Is there an issue on the federation website or is there anything wrong with my feed, which passes validation check.

So what do you think?

What I read is that one hour after successfully crawling and parsing the feed files, it tries again and finds that the file has (not surprisingly) not been modified (error 304) and treats this as an error instead of skipping. And since then no retry?
