Is possible to add and delete steps dynamically?

I can't figure out how to add or remove steps dynamically. Is possible?

As of right now, no. It was originally conceived as a quick way to transform existing forms only. However, I planned on doing a re-write that would expose more API stuff like this to the user. Not sure when I will be starting on that though.
