Add clipboard support in console and terminal tab

Currently there is no obvious way to run clipboard operations on components that use xterm.js.
It is only possible to perform clipboard operations using the standard OS hotkeys like Ctrl+Ins or Shift+Ins

Add a context menu with Copy/Paste options to DB Console tab and SSH terminal
