Howto OCR an image quickly:

Online image:

• use the bing.com or yandex.com image searchbars - both of these will OCR the text for you

Image file:

• drop the image into the bing.com searchbar
• drop the image into the yandex.com image searchbar
• upload the image to Google drive, then open it in docs. Google will OCR it for you.
• Use tesseract https://tesseract-ocr.github.io/tessdoc/Training-Tesseract.html (or pytesseract)
