Cannot find module 'smithers-orchestrator/jsx-dev-runtime'

Running into this error:

 Error: Error: cli load workflow: ResolveMessage: Cannot find module 'smithers-orchestrator/jsx-dev-runtime' from
 '/Users/polarzero/code/projects/origin/workflows/phase-range.tsx'

Just did:

1. npm i -g @mariozechner/pi-coding-agent && bunx smithers-orchestrator tui
2. Then prompt:

I want to create a smithers workflow. Code for smithers is inside docs/references/smithers/, you'll find examples.

Purpose is to take the @docs/specs/_prompt.template.md and to fill it with specific spec files, to execute from phase 21 all the way through phase 24. They should execute one by one, with a review step each time figuring out if phase was implemented thoroughly. If not just give the prompt again. When each phase is thoroughly implemented it should be committed.

3. Then tried to run the workflow

Adding /** @jsxImportSource smithers-orchestrator */ at the top doesn't help.
