The Config > Publishing list is very long and not just about publishing. I'd suggest splitting it into a few sections of
Beta/tester distribution - Firebase distribution, distribute to tester groups, App Preview
Publish to stores - App Store, Google Play, Microsoft etc
OTA updates - CodePush, Shorebird
File/static hosting - S3, Google Cloud, GitHub releases etc
So an extra few categories under Configuration, with existing pages moved into the relevant section
