The Headhunter Hunter: Placing Career Path Control Back Into the Hands of the Careerist

The Good News: So Many Jobs

The technology careers today are definitely in demand. Every single day you find an article about the overwhelming need, and the inability
of the workforce to supply the much needed personnel. If you are a developer, engineer, architect, or scientist for software or data,
it appears the sky is the limit.

Also confirming the overall message is all the headhunters flooding your email account. If you have placed your resume in any of the online
career, or professional social media platforms, then you you are confirmed daily that the world is looking for someone like you.
So what is the issue?

The Fog of Career Warfare

Context. The issue is that you are lacking context. How do you know that the job you are looking at is the best opportunity in your
inbox? How do you know that the amount you are being offered is the best offer? How do you know that the recruiter you are speaking to is
the best recruiter representing this exact job. How do you konw that the recruiter you are speaking to is the best recruiter for you?

You are getting anywhere from 15 to 50 emails coming into your account DAILY. The offers are from headhunting firms based all over,
representing companies that are based all over, with remote and location jobs that are all over the geographic map. It does not stop there.
You have recieved the noticed that some jobs are being sent out by headhunters that work at the same company, and others that have been sent
over by headhunters working for different firms. Maybe you called a few of them and were informed of different wages and salaries.
Looking for your next opportunity begins to feel like a job!

>Seeing through the Storm

The hardest part of the job hunt is the lack of visibility. This application confronts this aspect head on. Headhunter Hunter gives you the
support that puts you in control of the situation when engaging with jobs presented to you through job recruiters via email.
Our free version will read through the last 14 days of your email account, and overlay the opportunities you have been presented over a map
of the area. You will also be able to instanlty visualize the jobs in context by how recently you were notified about them. You can view by
remote or onsite, and contract versus direct hire.
Our pay version scales by how much of your unique information you choose to allow us to leverage for aggregation analytics. The additional
benefits allow you go back as far as 18 months to analyze the jobs you have been presented for your first data upload. Included in the methods
of data tracking, you will also have access to headhunters and headhunter company analysis. See where the individuals and firms communicating
with you are making their mark. You can also compare this information with that shared by other members of the community, allowing you a
wiki insight into the companies and individuals engaging you.
