Move password rules message

The current message breaks the flow of the registration form:

Would it be better to move it to the right of the inputs and maybe only show it when the person enters those fields? And if we only show it when they are in those fields, we could remove it when complete.

Note: this is just to give the idea; this is not how it would look.

I like that idea, and it may even help prevent users from prematurely hitting enter.
