Add show password

Any thoughts on adding the ability to see passwords as they are typed?

USWDS has it in their guide ... not that that means we should do it, but I think it's a nice option.

Reasonable, low-priority enhancement, imo

Do we have a sense for how often users are entering the wrong password or requesting a password reset in the platform? Since users can generally solve this independently, I would agree that it is a lower priority.
