Feedback is missing from Consumer Complaint Database!? There must be thousands of instances of feedback in the DB/on the system, if even if consumers filed feedback on just 0.1% of the >14 million complaints.
Proof the feedback should (largely) be public: The feedback form CFPB-2016-0049-0004_content.pdf has this checkbox:
"I want the CFPB to publish this feedback on consumerfinance.gov so that others can learn from my experience. The
CFPB will take steps to remove my personal information from this description but someone may still be able to
identify me. I consent to publishing this feedback after the CFPB has taken these steps. " Same thing on web form. portal.consumerfinance.gov/consumer/s/feedback-survey field checkbox "I want the CFPB to publish this feedback on consumerfinance.gov so that others can learn from my experience".

don't seem to have any feedback, per se. Just complaints. None of the API fields contain the feedback. (I notice the "What would be a fair resolution to this issue?" field is not supplied either. Unfortunate.)
The closest potentially relevant field is "Consumer disputed?" - which has the note "The Bureau discontinued the consumer dispute option on April 24, 2017."
Can't see feedback I know was approved for publishing on case https://www.consumerfinance.gov/data-research/consumer-complaints/search/detail/18698483
All I can find are, e.g. an instance where a consumer filed a new complaint as a way to provide feedback -e.g. case # 18434566.
PS Should I file/have filed to https://github.com/cfpb/consumerfinance.gov instead?
