Doesn't capture flash and JQuery-heavy sites.

I was trying to capture some sites and I noticed that this will not capture flash-enabled or JQuery-heavy sites properly. Most of the time it either shows a "Flash Needed" warning or just a blank screen. Will there be a fix for this in the future?
